- See-through glass doesn’t spoil the view and is easier to keep an eye on any swimmers in the pool.
- Acts as a wind break (important in hilly or coastal areas).
- Safest option in fencing.
Cons
- Requires some cleaning, although this is minimal.
- More expensive option of fencing.

Aluminium Pool Fencing – Pros & Cons

Although not as popular an option, aluminium fencing is the better option for those on a budget.

Pros
- No maintenance.
- Cheap compared to a glass fence.
Cons
- Spoils your view.
- Some children have been able to climb it with their toes around the vertical bars.
- Doesn’t look very attractive compared to a glass fence.
- Not as long lasting or high quality.
