While it may seem like it takes forever to get it all done, it’s actually quite a straightforward process:

• Enquiry – submit your enquiry online here or call 0490 856 312. Give us as many details as possible including what fence type you’re looking at (glass, semi-glass, aluminium/glass combination) and how many gates etc.
• Measure and quote – we’ll organise a time to come out and take all the necessary measurements to finalise the design, layout and gate layout with you. We’ll also provide a sketch and a quote.
• Order materials and book install – To order pool fencing materials we require a 50% deposit. Once this is paid, the installation date can be set.
• Installation – the best part! We’ll come out and put your fence in making sure it meets Australian pool safety standards and will have no problem passing the test from your pool fence safety inspector.

Once you’ve confirmed your pool fence plans with us, it will take about 2 weeks until installation. This will allow for us to order materials and time for installation.  However, the time of year can affect the time frame, we have found that during Summer, our suppliers can run out of stock due to demand. Wherever possible we try and keep times as short as possible and will notify you of any delays.
